Booking & Access

How do I book the meeting room?
Book through the Spacebring app or ask a member of the team. You'll see live availability and can reserve by the hour.
How do I get into the room?
The door code is on your booking confirmation. If the code doesn't work or you're locked out, message the team or use the Need Help? button.
Can I extend my booking?
If the room's free afterwards, extend it in the Spacebring app. If someone's booked in after you, please wrap up on time.

Screen & AV

How do I connect to the screen?

Every meeting room screen connects by HDMI cable. There's no wireless casting, so you don't need to be on the WiFi to present.

  1. Plug the HDMI cable on the table into your laptop.
  2. Turn the screen on with the remote.
  3. Press Source or Input on the remote and pick the HDMI socket the cable is in (usually HDMI 1).

If your laptop only has USB-C, you'll need a USB-C to HDMI adapter. We keep a couple at reception, just ask.

It's plugged in but nothing's showing

Nine times out of ten the screen is on the wrong input, so check Source first. After that it's your laptop's display setting:

Windows — press Windows key + P, then choose Duplicate to mirror your screen, or Extend to use the TV as a second monitor.

Mac — go to System Settings › Displays. Choose Mirror Built-in Display to show the same thing on both, or drag the white bar to use the TV as a second screen. On older versions it's System Preferences › Displays › Arrangement and tick Mirror Displays.

Still nothing? Try the other end of the cable, then a different HDMI socket, then grab us.

Sound isn't coming through the screen

HDMI carries sound as well as picture, but your laptop sometimes keeps playing through its own speakers.

Windows — click the speaker icon in the taskbar and pick the TV as the output device.

MacSystem Settings › Sound › Output, then select the TV.

What's the WiFi in here?
Network: meeting room · Password: meetingroom (one word, no space). If it won't connect, forget the network and rejoin.
