How big are the offices?

From two-person rooms up to around ten desks. Sizes and layouts vary by floor - the tour is the quickest way to see what suits.

What's included in the price?

Rent, business rates handling, utilities, superfast WiFi, meeting room credits, tea and coffee, and 24/7 access. You're not billed separately for the building.

What are the terms?

Monthly rolling agreements with a deposit. No long lease, no dilapidations schedule.

What if nothing's free right now?

Join the waitlist - offices turn over a few times a year and waitlisted teams get first look before anything is advertised.
